Harold Shedd Tribute at Mill Town Musical Hall | Bremen GA Photographer

Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to drive over to Bremen GA to Mill Town Music Hall where country music executive and producer, Harold Shedd was being honored.  I read about this event on Chapel Hill News and Views Facebook page (be sure to LIKE their page).  Mr. Shedd is a Bremen GA native, and is known for producing artists like Shania Twain and Alabama.  The concert portion of this tribute had been sold out for some time, but the red carpet event was free and open to the public.

I was very excited to see Mel Tillis on the red carpet.  He was very kind and took the time to sign all autograph requests and to take photos with his fans.

John Berry on the red carpet.  The day of this event was also his wife’s birthday.  He sang Happy Birthday to her on the red carpet.

Travis Tritt’s wife, Theresa, on the red carpet.  I learned that she gets her hair done in Douglasville and they live in Hiram.  She was so sweet, and when the lady next to me asked for her autograph she acted super shy and replied, “but I’m not famous!”  I think I recall the red carpet host saying something about her working with a particular dog rescue group.  If anyone knows more about this, let me know.

Makayla and Evan, Married! | Atlanta GA Wedding Photographer

I love the images from Makayla and Evan’s wedding.  They had a sweet church wedding in Columbia with a reception to follow at the country club.  Every detail was perfect.  Gorgeous flowers, a great band, “sweet” candy bar, and most of all I loved that they said aside a lot of time for me to photograph the two of them.  We did portraits before the ceremony, after the ceremony, and even after their reception.  I highly doubt those extra moments spent with me will ever be ones they regret.  I mean, just look at their portraits!  LOVE them!  A very special thanks to Suzanne Carey Photography for second shooting this wedding with me.  If you aren’t a fan of her facebook page then click HERE and then click LIKE.  Congratulations you two!  I am so honored to have been a part of your big day!
