I’ve had several people comment on my photos of my girls. Yes, I said girls. We don’t say the “D” word in this house. I thought I’d give you a little insight as to how I *sometimes* get photos of the girls.
1. You need an assistant.

2. It is imperative that you have an incentive. You know, motivation for good photos. Some would use a lollipop for kids, I use milkbones for my four legged kids.

And if you’re really lucky, you can get an almost perfect shot of the fur babies. Almost. Wookie prefers shade when outside, hence the squinting. She’s a bit of a diva.

Thought you’d enjoy some out takes too. Meet: Squinty and distracted, trying to sneak away, and avoiding eye contact.

And once again, I’d like to pay tribute to my schnauzer, Jewel, who had a birthday this week. She is now 13 years young.

And to a certain pregnant lady: Yes, I blogged about my dogs before I finished your maternity session. Have a zebra cake and get over it!
